US SHIPPING:
All orders under 1 lb. have a $6.50 shipping charge. Orders 1 lb. or more have a $8.50 shipping charge for standard 5-7 business day shipping WITHIN
THE US ONLY. Shipping recieved through this type of rate will be either USPS or UPS shipping service.

If an item is out of stock you will be notified in a timely manner.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:
International rates vary depending on the country. Many countries outside of the US have a flat rate of $21.00
for standard UPS shipping.
RETURNS:
If you need to return a product to TheSagesGrove you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by
emailing support@TheSagesGrove.com. TheSagesGrove will only accept items for return that are approved
and given an RMA number. Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
DAMAGES:
If you are missing merchandise from you order, or have received damaged items, contact us within 10 days.
TheSagesGrove will replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a
packing error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return
such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of TheSagesGrove. |
